PIVOT CONCEPT:

TOP: Direction is indicated by a subconscious arrow. Beacons help guide navigators to their destinations.

MIDDLE: Suggesting both streams (people and organisations) moving towars the beacon –the training website – as well as the point of dissemination into other areas or locations.

BOTTOM: The abstract object could also represent a person. In ice-skating Pivot Turn is a technical term for a two-footed movement in which one foot is flexed and the toe picks are inserted into the ice as a pivot point, and the other foot travels around the pivot point, such as the movement of a drafting compass.

Dictionary definition for pivot:
