Amenities got a new make over. Together with the talented Cindy Ng, we wanted a brand identity that was unconventional and playful in the health industry. Amenities is a health tech start up works with health systems to build and earn patient loyalty.
Amenities are associated with camping and the hospitality industry, calling out experiences or services that helps visitors find comfort or relaxing. Hospital services are usually not thought of this way and poorly communicated to patients.
We arrived at the outdoor theme and "A" frame cabin as an analogy to us being a stable and helpful structure in the wilderness of healthcare that people AND health systems need to navigate. Also as a place that people would have a good experience and want to visit again.
Our branding definitely gets a lot of attention especially at health conferences as it stands out (in a good and inviting way) among the other brands that follow many of the health industries comfortable and safe themes and colors.
