PakWheels - Case Study

Aim:

The aim was to go through the current UX flow. point out flaws and present one with the better user experience. Preferred idea was to deisgn a new UX flow,user journey maps and personas to find out where the actual flaws are.

You can find multiple solutions to your problem whether you have to import, finance or insure your car and so you can be worry free because PakWheels.com got all that covered for you.Every year 25 million customers visit PakWheels.com who came online and surf through 250 million pages on this website looking for their vehicle. In a survey conducted by the research team it is stated that over 50%of Pakistan’s internet population visits PakWheels.com to buy and sell over 400,000 vehicles.
