Companies to coordinate meeting between internal colleagues and external clients. Sales agent to book calls with customers. Customer Support agents to book meetings & Calls with clients. HR to coordinate interviews with candidates and internal interview panels. University lectures to make time available to students which they can book up in advance. Coordinate 1:1 meeting. Helping friends coordinate dates and time to meet for lunch/ dinner/ coffee/ cocktails.
