An ideal interface for a high-end gym site, the design combines ease and simplicity
The Problem
The customer was facing the problem of low interaction from users, that they do not take the required action, such as the subscription process, in addition to the bad look and feel of the site
The client was spending thousands of dollars in digital marketing and the traffic was coming to their website but the conversion rate was very low.
The Process
At first I made a quick call with the client to understand the real problem and why they want to redesign the website. After the call, some of the problems that the customer was suffering from were identified, and I conducted some research about competitors in the market. I created two templates for the home page. Another call was made with the client to discuss and a prototype was selected and they requested additions and modifications to this model. Once I had a clear understanding of the page's structure, I styled it properly in figma. The final design was presented to the client for final feedback and after a few small notes, the design was approved.
The Solution
I used a very modern design approach in creating this design and recommended the need to use web flow instead of Wordpress
because it is faster to load and seo and ease of administration.
and Just one month after the new design, there was a 6.5% increase in conversions coming from customers.
