In-app Messaging

This low-fi design reflects a segment of a larger portal experience, featuring in-app messaging and its associated navigation. The requirements were purposefully oriented towards minimum viable product (MVP); analysis went into deciding what features and UI elements were critical for this first release, versus enhancements, such as the ability to apply text formatting to messages or attach files, that would come later. (Done as part of paid work for GovWebworks.)
