Working with a brilliant team at Antenna Digital Services, I helped Starfan grow by redesigning and refining multiple aspects of the product iteratively.

Starfan is a service where you can send bright wishes to the people you love from famous Greeks.

Engagement and adoption increased by 240% after the redesign.

Working with the product team, we conducted discovery workshops, exploring famous greek talent needs that are part of the platform and how to tackle them. Then we leaned the user flows to shape a seamless user experience. Following, we aligned using wireframes. Ultimately design was concluded with a clean, elegant, and friendly design respecting the brilliant branding work already done by faze. 

In the screens shared, I am sharing our work in shaping the e-commerce site and streamlining how customers ask for their wishes. We improved design and delivered clear and straightforward flows, and improved the usability to respect high e-commerce standards proposed by findings from leaders in e-commerce research and telemetry. 

Tackling the issues of the MVP, we managed to increase engagement revenues. Being a little more technical, we positively affected all the aspects of Google's HEART model, and it was a complete success.
