Save the Date

Had the chance to do a traditional drawing for my best friends wedding invitations. The wedding is going to be a Halloween/Fall theme on Friday the thirteenth, and she is going to be wearing a black wedding dress with her bokeh made out of her favorite poems from Edgar Allen Poe. With all that being said, Kelly's only request for the invites was that when people open them she wants their first thought to be 'death'. So basically I have the coolest best friend on the planet and possible the strangest. ;)

This is just the start of the invitations but I am pretty pleased with how this bad boy turned out! It was nice to do a style I haven't done since elementary school, and I found out that pointillism is actually really fun!
