In addition to applicant tracking, it can be used to source and engage talented individuals with native collaboration, assessment, and AI-enabled features.I was in charge of the entire user experience process, including research, wireframing, visual design, and user testing. I designed responsive designs for mobile and desktop devices and created style guides for the developers. Throughout the process, I worked closely with the product manager, developers, CPO, and CTO to generate ideas.
