Rapid Prototyping of "B" Brand Logo

Incorporating House and Time Elements into "B" Letter Mark

(past project) After conducting research and choosing a logo direction, I began rapid prototyping using keywords such as "house," "time," and the letter "B." After sketching various house icons, watches, and the letter "B," I arrived at a letter mark that incorporated an hourglass to represent time and the floor of the "B" as a house. To reference commercial buildings, I made the design slightly taller, which also made it more unique.

I loved this concept because of its bold weight and sharp edges. I believe that the simplest solution is often the hardest to find. This concept satisfies both the logo design principles and the brief requirements.
