Draftboard - notifications

We are happy to finally reveal that last year we teamed up with Draftboard to design a no-middleman solution for the HR world, connecting Employers with Scouts.

Today we are bringing you our approach to the notifications feature. We’ve worked deliberately to take basic notifications to the next level and uncover their full potential for Draftboard Scouts. We came up with a carefully crafted system that enables them fully engage in the process of knowing the app, searching and referring best-matching positions, getting bonuses, and being paid.

The first goal: keeping Scouts up to date with constant changes, the second: provide them with instant feedback on their own and their referrals' performance. All of that is to allow Scouts to learn and improve with every gained experience. As a result, the next action taken is meant to be wiser and more meaningful, which will result in higher quality referrals in the future and bigger payouts.

We are surely going to provide you with further insights into the collaboration since Draftboard is for sure one unique and engaging project to work on 🚀💪.
