Topeca Coffee Roasters has launched their new Topeca Instruments Division, TID.

I wanted to bring out the old school oscilloscope instrumentation with their aim to bring scientific exploration to the world of specialty coffee. They will be offering training and classes for all those interested in expanding their coffee career.
