Tie Break app (Concept)

Application concept that seeks to compete with existing applications to participate in an expanding market, given the increase in demand strongly leveraged by Padel enthusiasts in France.

  • In September 2021, there were 995 padel courts in France. By March, the number had grown to 1,083 and by July 2022, there were 1,100 courts open to the public. In September 2022, France had 590 clubs for 1,339 padel courts.

  • The French Tennis Federation has set the goal of creating 2,000 courts in France by 2024. Within the framework of this project, it has signed a partnership with the National Agency of Sport.

Repertortorizing the tennis and padel courts seeks to respond to the basic point of friction. However, by including concepts based on:

  • social networks

  • gamefication

  • gadgets (smartwatch)

It could offer a user experience linked to the game, integrating the playful and dynamic aspects of the sport.

The game evolves and with it the needs of those who play it. Therefore, exploring the functionalities offered by gadgets such as smartwatches could level up the user experience.

Sports have always been a strong social bond. Competing with your friends, relatives or colleagues will always have its share of fun and reunion.
