#50 BEOL

Country: Bangladesh

Industry: food and beverage

About: Bangladesh Edible Oil Limited (BEOL), established in 1993, is mostly known as the most trusted edible oil company of Bangladesh, with its well-known household brands like Rupchanda, Meizan, King’s, Fortune & Veola. BEOL is a 100% foreign-owned joint venture between Wilmar International Limited of Singapore and Adani Group of India.

Mission: We aim to improve the quality of people’s lives by providing constantly and effectively upgraded quality products with full customer satisfaction.

Vision: To be the most successful distinct market leader in edible oil and food business in Bangladesh.

Words: wellness, natural, quality

Strategy: For this logomark I used the symbol of the soybean - a stable in this company’s production of oil, and the national symbol of Bangladesh - the lotus over water. I refreshed the brand with Montserrat font, a more modern alternative. The final results gives feelings of wellbeing and nature, and overall craftsmanship and quality.
