User research (Summary)

To understand the needs and goals of our target users, I conducted user research using a combination of methods, including surveys, online interviews, and gathering secondary data.

Users' Pain points

Here are the 4 challenges that our target users face when buying flower online.

  1. Overwhelming Options

It can be difficult to navigate and find a suitable bouquet for a specific occasion.

  2. Quality Concerns

They worry that the flowers won't arrive fresh or that the arrangement won't be as advertised.

  3. Limited Time

Users have to use the little time they have during their break to browse the app.

Users worry about whether their flowers will arrive on time for the occasion.

  1. Customer Service

Users may have questions or concerns about their order or need to make changes to an order.

Personas

The main users of this app are working adults who don't have time for going to FLorist directly to buy flowers but want to buy flowers for their family, friends, and colleagues.
