Administrator interface for rights management

The interface is designed to create/delete/assign/change/user rights. A dark interface theme is a must.

The table includes the following information: user name, user login, number of projects in which he is involved.

Functionality of the page: assignment of rights (role/roles in a certain project, with the possibility to limit the validity period of this role).
