Rally Week Brand Identity

To foster a better work culture amongst a largely work-from-home staff, AuditBoard holds bi-yearly "Rally Weeks," where employees come together in person in 7 cities across the US and Europe. We were tasked with giving these events a sub-brand identity, including a logo and swag, to get everyone excited.

Identity Development

I started with 3 different logo treatments. Each one needed to be simple enough to be used for many years, but flexible enough to include the current quarter and year, as well as the city.

Flexibility First

Ultimately, we landed on option C, liking the playfulness of stretchy type, and seeing ways we could expand it in the future.

We leaned in hard to the race car theme of "Rally Week," and made coaches' jackets for the site leaders. Racing flags were the main motif for swag this year, and worked well on the jackets and cloisonne pins.
