Problem Statement

Baker’s Inn is one of the largest donut and bun producers with various

baking export plants all over the world. Due to bulk orders from the

various stores, they would like to digitalize their baking process by using

a web application tool that caters to multiple personas like CEOs, plant

Admins, Recipe operators and supervisors to track, report and analyze the

huge data to take decisions, avoid losses enhance their business

targets.

All the equipment in the plant are IOT Enabled and shares various data

like temperature, production details, dough-making sensors, calculating

the scarp loss, machine downtime, etc. The following dashboard will help monitor the tasks and operations and control the parameters.

Baking Plant flow

(There would be multiple machines in the plant)

Machine 1 (Bread): Raw grains -> Flour making process -> Dough mixer

-> Dough slicer -> Moulder ->Panner -> Oven -> De-panner -> Cooler

-> Packing
