Vehicle listing search bar and filters

Multi-car hosts can now search for the vehicle by make, model, year, and license number using the search bar.

Additionally, these hosts can filter their listings by Trip Status and Listing Status so they can quickly determine which active vehicles are on a trip, don't have a trip, or have an upcoming trip.
