About the Brand

Calle 104 is a premier mixed-use development in midtown Cebu. Fronted by the restored facade of the Old Mansion, It features two residential towers that are connected with a lifestyle retail podium and complete with modern amenities.

Marking the culmination of Cebuano life

Calle 104 owes much of its heritage from the diversity of influences that shaped the narrative of its place. Rooted in the historical context of its neighboring streets, we designed logo, colors, and typography that integrates with the rich tapestry of the Ramos-Ranudo corner, where a proud past and a promising future meet.

We also featured Cebu’s endemic flora and fauna, including some of their customary items, on our illustrations to give life to the most prominent pieces and sceneries that embody the finest of Cebuano life and culture.

A magnum opus beyond compare, Calle 104 fosters a lifestyle centered on prominence. From its prominent location, design, and heritage, to being the next prominent lifestyle district in midtown Cebu, we came up with a brand identity that ties up every element to the development’s inherent promise — a life of prominence.
