Unload Pricing Agreement

The thought here is to be completely transparent with our pricing/fee structure for Unload (http://unld.it). A seller would receive a short link to their custom agreement via text, and they'd get dropped into their default browser. Eventually, we'd show how the price changes over time if we can't find buyers.
