Ciao Bella Beauty is the place to be for gel manicures, massage, facials, waxing and aesthetics. They pride themselves on providing the most relaxing service possible, with their professional, knowledgable technicians offering a range of calming treatments.

The business recently underwent a huge change – a new owner meant a new name, new branding and a new ethos. They called us in to redesign the entire site from scratch, a new web design focusing on matching their new identity without losing the experience and reputation they’ve built up.

We stripped the site back, matching the new, neutral company branding; making the site brighter, more user friendly and all round more useable – a key measure in website design for SEO.

The site now has a refreshed, modern and neutral feel, complete with responsive content optimised for every device, as we know a lot of Ciao Bella’s clients are mobile only. This allows customers to view treatment details, pricing, testimonials and contact the salon to get booked in. The CMS allows the client to observe visitor and customer analytics, so they can feed this information back into offering the services and treatments that their customers are looking for. We designed and developed the site using WordPress, concentrating on accessibility and responsive design to give an inclusive and interactive user experience for both the client and their customers.
