Scientists developed a new portable technology to measure the surface of the cornea -this diagnosis is important to prescribe contact lenses and identify corneal deformations that could lead to blindness-.

My challenge, was to take the technology from a TRL3 to  a TRL8. Designing the Business, User Experience and the Product (software and hardware).

Trained with National Science Foundation at I-Corps program. Conducted 100 interviews and focus groups to define Customer Value Proposition, Identify MVP, build persona boards and journey maps.
