Hey, Dribble folks

I haven't posted in a long time.

This year began with the opportunity to do some pro-bono design work.

So I joined a volunteer team to assist Ukrainian refugees and diaspora build a sustainable community abroad.

The app for that honorable purpose already existed, but the UI required a facelift.

Returning to craft after two years of managing design programs was unusual. But I learned that my managerial habit of looking at the flows holistically helped empower the team to raise the bar.

Even though the work is not finished yet, I'm going to wrap it up and post a case study later.
