Concept resident profile as part of the Hawai’i Public Housing Authority’s (HPHA) agent experience.
The Forge strategic research and design team worked alongside the University of Hawai’i Community Design Center to lead HPHA's digital transformation—moving decades of paperwork and file cabinets to the cloud—unlocking incredible experience improvements for employees, residents, potential residents, and their families to manage their applications, assistance programs, resident events, maintenance requests, and more.
Forge designed concepts for the resident and HPHA agent experiences that were used in request for proposals (RFPs) we helped author to find a government cloud provider and engineering team to build a cloud CRM solution to deliver the resident and agent experience concepts.
