SaaS product for service managers

Introducing a concept exploration for a new SaaS product designed specifically for service managers. As the backbone of any successful service team, service managers need a web app that can help them stay on top of all their ongoing tasks and responsibilities. With this in mind, I set out to create a platform that would be intuitive, efficient, and effective, giving service managers the tools they need to manage their teams with ease.
