Overview
A landing page for a real estate website typically serves as the first point of contact between a potential customer and the website. The goal of the landing page is to capture the visitor's attention and persuade them to take a specific action, such as filling out a contact form, signing up for a newsletter, or scheduling a property viewing.
The headline I created was an attention-grabbing and clearly convey the purpose of the landing page. I put high quality image of real estate so it’ll be more visually appealing, which can help capture visitors' attention and encourage them to stay on the page longer.
Including real photos of buildings can help establish the credibility of the seller. Because buyers are more likely to trust a seller who provides real photos of the property, as opposed to no photos at all. Addition some features the company have such as property insurance, easy payment options, and a quick process to providing reassurance to potential buyers that their investment will be protected.
By showcasing your company's reputation and history of success, it will demonstrate that you are a trustworthy and reliable real estate company. I implemented it on a landing page with several logos of brands we've worked with.
