Dog Dives

These two images, Dog Dives 1 & 2, attempted to infiltrate a textured canvas to produce something entirely different.

I find that Midjourney can produce more novel images to specification when the algorithm is faced with images as part of the prompt. The AI has to directly work with elements that aren't already influenced in whatever ways they've been trained by text alone.

I wanted a blend mixing thick abstract strokes with a finer detail for a dog. I started with a chunky reference image before prompting for the canine element. As usual, you can see the reference image below too.

I made a couple of small changes in post-processing to the second image.
