JELLYFISH: At Electro Jelly Hydro Power Plant, greener alternatives are at the forefront of their goals. They store their energy, that is made through normal hydro power plants, in what they call Electro Jelly. It’s a biodegradable material that’s similar to the same matter that Jellyfish are made of. When sea waves pass through a jellyfish, the wave causes the tentacles to vibrate. The tentacles are made of piezoelectric polymer which can convert the strain energy into electrical energy.
