Redesign and recreating Live Traffic app for Transport NSW

We delivered prototypes, user journeys, user testing reports, an optimised UI kit, visual designs and specifications for the app key screens and navigation.

The outcome

The app was delivered before the season to a 4+ star rating and excellent user commentary.

The app better copes with user demand as it leverages the latest native iOS and Android functionality - which is critical in peak demand times, including major incidents, such as fires, floods and significant events.
