Dynamic island for running tracker app

Use case:

When the runner pulls out the phone they can see info about heart rate, calories and distance cycling in the dynamic island.

When taping on the dynamic island they will see a more detailed view and the actions for pausing or stopping the activity. This is done with a swipe motion to avoid pressing these buttons accidentally in the pocket.
