My Health Record is an application that is integrated by all existing hospitals or health centers, making it easier for health workers to solve problems in medical records that take time to adjust in every place.

The application is able to record traces of our health, here it is also explained what diseases it helps us live healthier without having to worry about being sick tomorrow because it can help us see the track record of the disease to anticipate it

This application is important for the future because, with very rapid technological developments, we can check our health anywhere without having to think about or wait a long time because it is only a matter of administration.
