Why I created Crag Coffee & Climbing

As an avid rock climber and bean juice connoisseur (coffee addict), I always imagined a climbing gym and coffee shop collaboration would be a unique business idea. So I created a concept and developed a design brief for a space with a friendly atmosphere that is community-driven, and where patrons can collaborate, take meetings or work. And a combined space where rock climbing enthusiasts of all ages and skill levels can challenge themselves in a safe and welcoming environment.

Brand Identity

Creating a brand personality based on:

  • Brand archetype - When someone enters Crag Coffee & Climbing for the first time I want them to feel like an explorer whether it's their first time climbing or they are a pro. And the coffee lounge should be a space of productivity and connection.

  • Intangibles - Crag Coffee & Climbing fosters a sense of community among climbers and provides the opportunity for personal growth, creativity, and achievement.
