Georgia O'Keeffe Icons

I’m very excited to share that the icons I designed for Georgia O’Keefe’s museum site went live this week. When you are searching the collection of work and the image isn’t found these icons pop into place. It turns out a lot of images are missing over the years. I’m thankful for Design for Context letting me design the site and iconography. I used “Untitled - Mt. Fuji 1960” and “Calla Lilly for Alfred 1927” on the exhibition wall icon. I also used the Whitney Museum of Art and a portrait of O’Keeffe on the people /orgs icon. I used “Evening Star IV 1917” for the art icon. For the archives icon I used O’Keeffe’s unique script writing especially “Dear Cecelia”, her sister she wrote often. As a fine artist this was a bucket list project. What’s your bucket list project?
