User experience strategy and microsite design for athenahealth Careers

To meet the 2020 company goal of improving recruitment and reducing attrition at athenahealth, an effort to redesign the Careers section of athenahealth.com was initiated. Through an in-depth UX and visual design exploration, flexible and visually engaging components were developed to form the structure of the updated section. A dynamic secondary navigation element, new video display banners, flexible multi-media blocks, and API-integrated job lists, now provide job seekers with a clear and organized vision of what it is like to work at athenahealth.
