Tempo - Magazine Spread

The mock project was to create a magazine cover and pseudo-matching article design scheme with the provided copy. At the time I wanted to see how much of this project I could undertake while away from the screen. The content was based around the history and philosophy of punk rock, so the imagery and techniques I ended up using were centered around "analog" technologies and distortions. I felt this tied in well with the counter-culture orientation within the punk scene. Nearly all of the graphic assets were made through the use of an old photo scanner/printer.
