Flick is a UAE-based delivery technology company. The main purpose here is to close the delivery technology gap of businesses as an integrated solution. In the renovation work here, an application was designed for couriers working in the field and a useful web portal was designed for those carrying out the operation.

Problem

In the current structure, a version that should be prepared in a setup where the business could grow and scale in line with the feedback should have been studied. Therefore, it was necessary to construct a design system that is more open to integration and innovation.

Solutions

In line with user feedback, a new UX Flow was discussed.

More synchronized with the experience on couriers and portal mapping. Instant reports were designed by separating businesses and couriers. More solutions are achieved with fewer screens.
