Exercise is paramount for good health. As part of our #GrowFit initiative we designed and built a fitness app to keep track of our daily exercise routines and help achieve fitness goals.

The app can track various data points like fitness routines, work-out schedules, , calories burned, types of exercise indulged, time spent etc.

The intent was to keep the app simple, motivating and easy to use, so that user retention stays high and the app's usage becomes habitual whenever working out is considered.
