Diamond Polishing Machine - Integrated App

We innovated a fully-automatic diamond polishing machine for cutting, shaping and polishing diamonds exactly as per requirements and with high accuracy.

This is the UI design of the app used to operate the machines. It is to be integrated with the machine's performance in real-time and used as a controller for the functions.

This app will also track data to be analysed such as quantities of diamonds processed, error rates, types of cuts, time taken and output generated by each operator. This app is the sole interface and bridge between the machine and the operator.

Hence the app is designed with an analogue theme with intuitive and large buttons to mimic the simplicity of the devices it replaced. Operators literacy and skill is also kept in mind by keeping the app simple to use with minimal cognitive load.
