My first trip to Barcelona was when I visited a friend while he was studying abroad in Madrid. I was immediately captivated by the city’s unique blend of beach town vibes, amusement park excitement, art museum beauty, and historical significance. Every turn held a new piece of public art or architectural gem. I knew after that weekend that I had to come back and truly experience the city - not just as a tourist. 

A few years later, I got a chance to live there and explore the hidden gems of the city. Waking up to local cafes and discovering lesser-known neighborhoods.
