UNESCO - World Press Freedom Day Opening

I teamed up with Modik to animate this shot for the UNESCO World Press Freedom Day opening.

Every year, 3 May is a date that celebrates the fundamental principles of press freedom, to evaluate press freedom worldwide, to defend the media from attacks on their independence, and to pay tribute to journalists who have lost their lives in the exercise of their profession.

The Conference was an action platform for partners and stakeholders to come together and identify solutions for the most pressing challenges of the digital era and develop concrete solutions to address the threats posed by increased surveillance to press freedom and privacy.
