💬 Who am I ?

Neworkers is an platform for workers and companies. We launch a complete overhaul. The infrastructure is being completely redesigned to improve performance and stability.

On the user experience side, we asked several users for their wishes. Many ideas for improvements have emerged. Found the mission of your dreams !

My responsibilities included user research, concept ideation, aligning key stakeholders on product goals, designing user flows, visual design, prototyping, user testing, incorporating.

✍️ Ongoing process

During this assignment, I had to solve the problem of the companies when selecting the workers. In a first step my field of action was the discovery and research (double diamond methods) in workshops with several steackholders.

In a second step, I conducted several interviews, focus group with several companies and workers in order to find the best match. Creation the design system, and the partie UI.
