KASA POS - Dashboard Cashier

Sharing first insights from the experience in restaurant . We find that there are still many places that use manual ordering which will cause long queues. With long lines, it will certainly make some customers cancel orders or never return to that place, this will make a huge loss. With that, I want to create a platform called KASA POS where the application can help restaurants overcome queue problems so that they can add customers who come and make it comfortable when ordering or queuing for food with a clear process.

A key part of our work involved the design of a new user experience. Following the principle of an aesthetic preference and a high focus on maximising usability and accessibility allows us to create an experience that unites flexibility, efficiency, and aesthetic values.The dekstop application had to display all the information the user would find on the mobile app. To achieve this, we went for a simple and clean approach that adheres to our sophisticated design standards.The result: an optimised user experience to have on-the-go.
