Oh man, finally working on my personal identity and portfolio. My last one was from 2010 (college) or so!

I struggled to come up with a solid identity for myself as I found that my name was unusual, clunky looking, and often hard to pronounce. Over the next few years, I realized that that really was a good thing. There was no doubt that searching Tyler Kamigaki on google will probably pop up with my face.

I then realize that my name was an asset more than a curse. So I embraced my name, with bonuses of my Japanese heritage, to rebrand myself in a way that was recognizable (as well as pronounce-able hehe)
