"RE-CYCLED MINDS" -a mobile app containing recycled products.

Hello Dribblers!đź‘‹

I have created a mobile application which focus on new path of sustainable development & zero wastes, in which each and every single product from our app are made from wastes and are reframed(recycled) into a new recycled eco-friendly product.

Why Re-cycled Minds?

Re-cycled minds is a young and just- getting- going startup community based application focused on developing new paths by recycling the wastes and recreate it into innovative products. We partner with organizations to scale and deploy the inventions that we build to make big impacts around the world.

Why did I create this application?

Humans haven’t been kind to our planet. Humans are generating too much trash and cannot deal with it in a sustainable way. Waste that is not biodegradable and cannot be properly be recycled is filling our oceans and landfills. Let’s take plastic waste as an example. A recent study found that of the 6.3 billion metric tons of plastic waste that has been produced, only 9% of that plastic waste had been recycled. All together, the amount of waste generated affects the environment in multiple ways: its contribution to the worsening climate crisis, its negative impact on wildlife and the natural environment, and its detriment to our very own public health.

INSPIRATIONS

Some designers have retraced the production cycle to its source so as to develop more sustainable ways of designing, others have discovered solutions at the end. I got inspired by the Singapore Design Week (SDW) events. SDW is a celebration of creativity and innovation, championing thought leadership and showcasing the best of design from Singapore and beyond in our UNESCO City of Design. The whole week was cherished with plenty of events relating to designs applied in several fields. One of the event which i visited and really got inspired was “FIND design fair Asia event, which was held on 22-24 Sept 2022 in Marina Bay Sands, Singapore . Beside all the innovative designs, I really got impressed of those designs which supports both ecologically and economically. One of those was “ PotatoHead Bali team, who conducted an event called “Nothing is possible” , a regenerative design showcase that celebrates re-use, re-cycle, re-craft and re-live by highlighting the hospitality company’s journey to accomplish a zero-waste lifestyle.I talked with those company employees and learnt about their work and process. Then I did lot of researches behind the ideas and came up with a new thing.
