The main goal of this project was to improve of employee evaluation and recruitment processes!🍀

The app was created to satisfy the administrative requirements of keeping tabs on employee growth and changing needs. 🤝

Evally is responsible for various facilities: 

💡 it influences the recruitment process by gathering information about the company's recruitment activities

💡 people responsible for hiring new employees have at their disposal detailed profiles of candidates or a summary of particular stages of the process

💡 hiring processes are conducted in a shorter time, without losing the quality of recruitment.
