Teamle - HR/EB web application

Hi! 👋

We have some inspo for HR lovers today!🪄

To be more specific - an internal web application that allows for a smooth employee evaluation process and the organization of one-on-one meetings with the HR/EB department.💜

The idea to create the Teamle app came from organizing periodic 1:1 meetings with employees to get feedback on their work at Railwaymen. ✍️

By using Teamle, we would be able to manage: 

💡 interviewers with ability to take note of any problems occurring in the organization and appropriately delegate solving them 

💡 streamline the process, by implementation of various types of notifications that would notify participants of an upcoming meeting date

💡 an analytics system responsible for generating statistics and reports.

We also decided to carry out the Discovery Phase process, which turned out to be necessary to determine the appropriate functionalities and thanks to which we were able to prioritize various features of our app and visualize the MVP.⚙️🙌
