Eldora Mountain Resort Wanted to Sell More Lesson Programs

The client brief was simple: Eldora Mountain Resort offers a wide variety of lesson programs. Design a way for guests to find the right lesson packages for them so as to sell more lessons.

To do so, Brighter Side conducted a product audit to identify and define the purpose, audience, and duration of lesson programs. designed a filter that allows customers to narrow from among the dozens of lesson programs based on facets that came to light during research.

After launching the feature in the fall of 2019, Eldora sold out of all lesson programs for the season by January 2020.

Lesson Programs Sold out for 2023

Exiting the COVID restrictions that impacted the ski and snowboard resort industry in 2023, lesson programs again sold out completely for the 2022-23 season.
