FWD Tapp Redesign Concept | Insurance and Financial Services

FWD Tapp is a mobile app for insurance and financial services. It is a platform designed to make insurance more accessible, transparent, and convenient for customers.

In early 2020, FWD was almost a project of White Cloak to redesign the FWD Tapp. Despite our best efforts, the engagement did not go as planned, and due to unforeseen challenges because of the pandemic's impact, we had to make some serious adjustments to our workflow. Although it didn't turn out well, it was a humbling experience for me as a designer, and I learned a lot from it. 🧡

Our team consists of three designers, including myself, two awesome designers that I know, Aletheia and our lead Sr. Anjo. Below are some screens that I contributed to the redesign concept for the FWD Tapp.

Dashboard

Here are my design concept contributions for the dashboard, including the image above. There are three types of FWD products: life protection, health protection, and investment. I used distinct colors for each of them, using FWD's color brands, so that the user can easily distinguish each policy they own.
