Wilson Portrait - The Bigger Picture Show 2015

Here is the final character portrait I submitted for the 2015 Bigger Picture Show. I chose Wilson from Castaway because I love his story and the important role he plays in Chuck Noland's life. It is awesome to see how he "grows" during the course of the movie from a bright, shiny white to a dingy, worn brown with faded colors and hair. I wanted to depict both stories of Wilson, as well as the two iconic environments in his life - the sand and the water. I'm incredibly happy with how it came out!

The poster was 24"x36" in size and helped to raise money for The Indy Film Fest in Indianapolis.
